Terms

The terms, in plain sentences.

By using Saidbrief you agree to these terms. They are short because the service is simple. Last updated October 23 2026.

Who you are dealing with.

Saidbrief is a service of NexusMKTG.com, LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company in Boston. In these terms, "we" means that company. The contact is Brett Wharton, Founder, at brett@nexusmktg.com. You must be 18 or older to use the service.

What the service is.

Saidbrief asks AI assistants questions about a named person through each provider's developer interface. It records the answers, checks them against the profile you give, computes scores, and writes a correction plan. The assistants are run by OpenAI, Google, Perplexity, and Anthropic. Saidbrief is independent of all four. Their names appear only to say which assistant answered, and each interface is used under its provider's terms.

What it promises, and what it does not.

It promises a dated record of what each assistant said when we asked, shown as it was. It promises a plan written from that record. It makes no promise about what any assistant will say at any other time, in any app, or to any other person, and no promise that following the plan will make an assistant say anything different. An assistant's answer is the assistant's statement, not ours; we show it with its date so you can see what was said and when. The scores are computed by stated rules from judgments made by a model, and those judgments can be wrong. The quotes are always shown so you can judge for yourself.

Not advice.

A reading is information. It is not legal, financial, medical, or compliance advice, and reading it creates no professional relationship. If an answer contains a statement you believe is false and harmful, the reading gives you the quote and its source. What to do about it is a question for a lawyer.

Permission.

You may run a check on yourself, or on another person with their permission. The form asks you to confirm this, and we keep your confirmation. You are responsible for that confirmation being true. An agency confirms it for each client and is responsible for what it tells each client about a reading. We may decline, pause, or delete a check that appears to breach this section, and we may close the account that ran it.

Accounts and acceptable use.

You sign in with your email and a code. You are responsible for the account that email reaches. Do not use the service to harass or defame anyone, to run checks on people who have not agreed, to resell readings outside the Agency plan, to scrape or overload the site, or to try to get around the free check's limits. We may close an account that does any of these.

Payment, renewal, cancellation, refunds.

Prices are shown on the pricing page before you pay and are charged by Stripe. The Full Reading is paid once. Monitor and Agency are subscriptions: They renew automatically each month at the price shown at checkout, and your card is charged on each renewal date until you cancel. You can cancel from your account page at any time, in the same number of steps it took to subscribe, and the plan stays on until the end of the paid month. We email you the plan, price, and renewal terms when you subscribe.

Refunds work like this. If a Full Reading is not delivered within 24 hours of payment, it is refunded in full. If it was delivered and you did not find it useful, email us within seven days of delivery and say why, and we will refund it and delete the reading from your account. One such refund per customer. A subscription is refunded in full if no check ran in its first month. After cancellation there are no refunds for the remaining part of a month. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.

Your content and ours.

Your profile, your facts, and your confirmations are yours. You give us permission to use them only to run your checks and show you results. The readings, scores, plans, and the method behind them are ours; you may use your own readings and plans for your own purposes, and an agency may use them for the client they were run for. Do not copy the site, the question sets, or the scoring rules into another product.

Your data.

The Privacy page says what we keep, who receives it, and how to delete it. It is part of these terms.

Sharing a result.

Results are private until you turn sharing on. You are responsible for what you share and with whom. An agency may share a client's result only with that client's permission.

No warranties.

Saidbrief is provided as it is and as available. We do not promise that it will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose, and we make no warranty that the law does not require us to make.

Limit on liability.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business, reputational harm, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from the service, however it arises. Our total liability for everything arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some states do not allow some of these limits; where that is so, our liability is limited to the smallest amount the law permits.

Your responsibility to us.

If you run a check on a person without permission, share a result you had no right to share, or break these terms in another way, and someone brings a claim against us because of it, you will cover our costs and any amount we have to pay.

Ending the service.

You can delete your account at any time from the account page. We may close an account that breaks these terms, and we may stop offering the service with 30 days' notice by email, refunding any prepaid month that would not be used.

Where disputes go.

We are based in the United States. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any dispute that cannot be settled by email goes to the state or federal courts in Suffolk County, Massachusetts, or to small claims court where you live if your claim qualifies.

Changes and contact.

If these terms change, the date at the top changes. If a change affects a subscription in a way that matters, we email subscribers at least 14 days before it takes effect, and you can cancel before then. Questions to brett@nexusmktg.com.
