A re-check every month on the five core questions, four assistants, two samples each. An email that says what changed. It covers scores that moved, facts that changed verdict, lists you entered or left, and sources that started or stopped citing you. Your history in your account.

Where the money goes.

A Full Reading makes 120 calls to four assistants and 120 analysis calls, each billed by the provider. The price covers those calls, the re-check, the PDF, and the time to write the plan rules. Prices stay the same for everyone. If a provider's prices change, we would sooner change what a tier includes than what it costs.

Paying, cancelling, and refunds.

How do I pay?

By card, through Stripe. Saidbrief never sees your card number. A receipt arrives by email.

Can I cancel Monitor or Agency?

Yes, from your account, at any time. It stays on until the end of the period you paid for and then stops.

What if a reading fails?

If an assistant cannot be reached after three tries, that answer is marked as missing. The scores use the answers the reading has. If a whole reading fails, we run it again at no charge or refund it. Email brett@nexusmktg.com.

Is there a refund?

If a Full Reading is not delivered within 24 hours of payment, yes, in full. If it was delivered and you did not find it useful, email within seven days of delivery and say why. We will refund it and delete the reading from your account. One such refund per customer. A subscription is refunded in full if no check ran in its first month. After cancellation there are no refunds for the rest of the month.
