Questions people ask.
About the reading.
Which assistants do you ask?
ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Claude, each through its developer interface with web search on. The model that answered is printed with every quote.
Is this what people see in the apps?
It is close. The developer interfaces and the apps can differ, and every assistant changes over time. A reading records what was said when we asked on that date, and states it.
Why do you ask each question three times?
Because the same assistant answers differently from one try to the next. Three samples show whether a result is steady. The reading shows the spread.
How long does it take?
The free check takes about two minutes. The Full Reading takes a few minutes, filling in assistant by assistant. We email you when it is ready.
What if an assistant does not answer?
After three tries the answer is marked as missing and the scores use the answers the reading has. If a whole reading fails, we run it again or refund it.
About the scores and the plan.
How are the scores computed?
By rules written on the How It Works page. The share of answers that knew you, the share of facts that matched your profile, and so on. There is no hidden weighting.
Can the scores be wrong?
The judgments under each answer are made by a model and can be wrong. Every quote is there so you can judge for yourself. If you add a fact to your profile, the re-check tests it.
Will the plan make the assistants describe me correctly?
It improves the odds by fixing the pages the assistants read. No one controls what an assistant says, and the plan ends by saying so.
Can you make an assistant stop saying something false?
No, and no one can. The reading quotes it with its source. If you believe a statement is false and harmful, take the quote and the source to a lawyer.
About your data.
Is my result public?
No. Results are private until you choose to share one. A shared page shows your name, profession, city, scores, and the quotes, and never your email.
What do you keep?
Your profile, your checks, and the answers, while your account exists, so a re-check can compare. You can delete any check or your account at any time.
Do you train anything on my data?
We train nothing on your data, and each provider states that the developer interface we use is not used for training.
Who else sees my name?
The four assistant providers receive the questions, which contain your name, profession, and city. Stripe handles payment. Resend delivers email. Cloudflare hosts the site. The Privacy page lists each.
Can I run a check on someone else?
Only with their permission. The form asks you to confirm it, and agencies confirm it for each client.
About paying.
What does it cost?
The pricing page lists each tier with what it includes and its price. There is a free check, a one-time Full Reading, a monthly Monitor, and a monthly Agency tier.
Can I cancel?
Monitor and Agency, yes, from your account, at any time. They stay on until the end of the period you paid for.
Is there a refund?
If a Full Reading is not delivered within 24 hours of payment, yes, in full. If it was delivered and you did not find it useful, email within seven days of delivery and say why. We will refund it and delete the reading from your account. One such refund per customer. A subscription is refunded in full if no check ran in its first month. After cancellation there are no refunds for the rest of the month.
Do you offer discounts?
No. Prices are the same for everyone, and there are no limited offers.
