What this site keeps, and what it does not.
Saidbrief is a service of NexusMKTG.com, LLC, in Boston, Massachusetts. This page says what we collect, why, who else receives it, how long we keep it, and how to delete it. Last updated October 23 2026.
What we collect.
Your email address, to sign you in and to send you results. Your profile, which is your name, profession, and city or region. If you give them, your website, LinkedIn address, up to five facts, and names you are confused with. Your confirmation that you are the person or have their permission, with the time you gave it. The answers the assistants gave, the analysis of each answer, the scores, and the plan. If you pay, the payment record Stripe gives us, which does not include your card number. If you use a referral link, the referral code, in a cookie.
We also keep the usual server logs for a short time, including the connection address, to limit abuse.
Why.
To run the check you asked for, to show you the result, and to compare a re-check against it. To email you when it is ready, and to take payment. Nothing is collected for advertising, and nothing is sold.
Who else receives it.
The assistant providers, OpenAI, Google, Perplexity, and Anthropic, receive the questions, which contain your name, profession, city, and any facts needed to ask them. Anthropic, whose model scores the answers, also receives the answers and your profile. When that model cannot answer, OpenAI receives them instead. Each is used through its developer interface under its own terms. Stripe receives your email address and payment. Resend delivers our email. Cloudflare hosts the site and stores the data. Email you send us is read in Google Workspace. No other party receives it.
Training.
We train nothing on your data. Each provider's published terms for its developer interface, as of the date at the top of this page, state that data sent through that interface is not used to train its models, and we rely on those terms. If a provider changes that, we will change providers or update this page.
How long.
Your profile, checks, answers, scores, and plans are kept while your account exists, so a re-check can compare. Sign-in codes expire in ten minutes. Sessions last 90 days. Server logs are kept for three days and then discarded.
Deleting.
You can delete any check from your account page, which deletes its answers, scores, plan, and files. You can delete your whole account, which deletes everything above. We keep a payment record for accounting that carries no name or email after deletion; Stripe keeps its own record under its privacy policy. A shared result page stops working when its check is deleted.
Sharing a result.
Results are private until you turn sharing on. A shared page shows your name, profession, city, scores, and the quotes. It never shows your email. You can turn sharing off at any time.
Cookies.
One cookie keeps you signed in. One records a referral code for 60 days if you arrived through a referral link. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
Where the data is.
We are based in the United States and the data is stored there. If you use the service from elsewhere, your data comes to the United States.
Children.
Saidbrief is for professionals and is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children, and we delete it if we learn we have.
Changes and contact.
